With a nine year old cream carpet on our stairs and landing - tea-stains, spills, marks and general dirt are to be expected with a young family racing up and down it every day! We decided to by-pass calling a random carpet cleaner and bring in Silver Lining Floor Care instead, whose qualifications, machinery and excellent reputation goes before them. Johnny and his friendly team arrived. Carefully considering the carpet type, marks and cleaning agents required they got to work and the result were nothing short of 'OUTSTANDING'. I own and manage Evolve and Grow Ltd a business consultancy service specialising in small to medium sized businesses and as such see clients at home. This means that my carpets are frequently trodden on and it is obviously important that they are kept clean to provide professional image. I decided to enlist the services of Johnny Czarnota from Silver Lining Floor Care recently, to clean the hall and stair carpet. Johnny arranged to come round to quote for the job very promptly and was equally prompt in booking me in to do the job. I found Silver Lining Floor Care to be extremely knowledgeable about all sorts of areas to do with the carpet industry and they did an excellent job at a reasonable price.

In this day and age good customer service is not always easy to find and we feel it is important that it be recognised. We recently had expensive new carpets fitted. In order to empty the bathroom bin, I have to walk through my bedroom. I managed to drop the bin and contents including tube of hair dye on the new carpet. With an appointment booked for you to sort it out for me, I dropped the lid to some make up, then tried to clean it up with vanish which bleached the carpet all around it. Needless to say you sorted it all out for me, good as new and domestic dispute averted. Your customer service was excellent before, before, during and after the job was done. You responded very quickly to sort the problem out and gave me advice on what to and NOT to do if I have a problem again. I have no hesitation in recommending your services to others. Excellent prompt service to clean carpet and dry it out after a plumbing problem. Johnny even left his blower machine overnight for a couple of nights to dry out the carpet. Good to know there are still reliable people out there.

Fantastic, we didn't think Silver Lining Floor Care would get our carpets anywhere near as clean as they did (cream carpets + 2 kids = carpet hell) we have heavenly cream carpets again! I was worried by the lack of prices on the website but Silver Lining Floor Care is very competitively priced and the whole job came to much less than I thought. In fact I had them clean every room!

They came out over the Christmas/New Year period to deal with a stain on a brand new rug which they took away and dealt with superbly. They have now cleaned and treated the carpets in the house. Both times the service has been brilliant. Johnny explains what he can do and the price before he starts, is on time, polite and efficient.
