We receive a call from the Caribbean Blinds Company in London. They were installing the blinds on the property of one of their customer. To do so, they had to drill through some metal parts situated outside. When you drill through a metal item there are many iron fillings left behind. Those filling landed on sandblasted porcelain tiles. Typically, it would not be a problem as you just sweep them up and it is done. Unfortunately for them, this day was very stormy weather and therefore no tidying could be done. Once those fillings mixed with water from the rain it created rust on the porcelain tiles. These tiles were bought from London Stone, so they contacted them immediately and followed the recommended approach. They used a pressure washer and the rust remover, but the job was too big to cope with.
We came on-site and tested many rust removers and found the one that will do the job best. We had to order 10L of rust remover as the scope of work was big. We had to protect precious plants around the garden which was a main concern for the client. We cleaned the tiles leaving them in perfect condition. Followed up with a client a few weeks later just to make sure it is all good. The client was very happy and left us a 5-star Review on our Google Page.

I own and manage Evolve and Grow Ltd a business consultancy service specialising in small to medium sized businesses and as such see clients at home. In this day and age good customer service is not always easy to find and we feel it is important that it be recognised. We recently had expensive new carpets fitted. In order to empty the bathroom bin, I have to walk through my bedroom. I managed to drop the bin and contents including tube of hair dye on the new carpet. With an appointment booked for you to sort it out for me, I dropped the lid to some make up, then tried to clean it up with vanish which bleached the carpet all around it. Needless to say you sorted it all out for me, good as new and domestic dispute averted. Your customer service was excellent before, before, during and after the job was done. You responded very quickly to sort the problem out and gave me advice on what to and NOT to do if I have a problem again. I have no hesitation in recommending your services to others. Excellent prompt service to clean carpet and dry it out after a plumbing problem. Johnny even left his blower machine overnight for a couple of nights to dry out the carpet. Good to know there are still reliable people out there.

Fantastic, we didn't think Silver Lining Floor Care would get our carpets anywhere near as clean as they did (cream carpets + 2 kids = carpet hell) we have heavenly cream carpets again!
