In this day and age good customer service is not always easy to find and we feel it is important that it be recognised.
We recently had expensive new carpets fitted. In order to empty the bathroom bin, I have to walk through my bedroom. I managed to drop the bin and contents including tube of hair dye on the new carpet. With an appointment booked for you to sort it out for me, I dropped the lid to some make up, then tried to clean it up with vanish which bleached the carpet all around it.
Needless to say you sorted it all out for me, good as new and domestic dispute averted. Your customer service was excellent before, before, during and after the job was done. You responded very quickly to sort the problem out and gave me advice on what to and NOT to do if I have a problem again.
I have no hesitation in recommending your services to others.
