I signed up Silver Lining Floor Care to re-varnish the floor in our Function Room, as not only had I heard positive things about the work he had completed but Johnny also gave me an exceptionally good price.
Johnny and the team arrived when agreed and got on with the job. It soon became obvious that it was going to be a substantially bigger job than first thought. Jonny and I discussed how we were going to manage this. Johnny and his team agreed to work overnight so as not to impact our day to day operation, showing great flexibility and commitment to complete the job.
All the Silver Lining team were hard-working, polite and very tidy. They definitely put the customer first. They completed the job to a high standard and we received great value for money.
