In this project, the client entrusted their builder, who had previously done excellent work on their home, with sanding a delicate veneer wood floor. Unfortunately, floor sanding requires specialized skills, and the builder inadvertently sanded through the veneer, leaving the surface wavy, uneven, and patchy. With the veneer sanded too thin, there was no room for further mistakes, putting the entire floor at risk of permanent damage. Johnny and the team were very professional. We had lots of calls to discuss reconditioning our Reclamed Burmese teak parquet floor. We planned the dates for when we went away on holiday.
